Where do we ship?
Currently, shipping throughout the United States. At this time we do not offer shipping outside of the United States. If you would like to ship outside of the United States, please send us a message to let us know. If we never hear of your needs then we'll never know about your interest in purchasing our products.
What shipping fulfillment company do you use?
We use USPS exclusively because it's the cheapest pricing for our customers to purchase our heavy products. We also offer USPS Priority Shipping, allowing us to ship quickly throughout the United States within 1 to 3 days for the best pricing.
How much does shipping cost?
When you add items to your shopping cart shipping will be calculated based on what USPS charges to ship those exact items to your address.
Do you charge a handling fee?
Nope. We have no reason to add on extra fees. What you see is what you get.
What if my package is damaged, lost or other?
We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages due to unavailable recipient, incorrect address information, theft, etc. We recommend that you contact USPS directly with your shipping information and let them know of your experience so this doesn't continue from their end. Please understand that we have zero control of our products once they are shipped.
I just placed an order and need to change my shipping address, what should I do?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel any order for any reason. We pride ourselves in processing orders as soon as we can without charging additional fees such as handling, processing, etc. We recommend that you contact USPS directly with your shipping information and let them know you'd like to change the shipping address. We have no control over this process once it has been marked as shipped and we cannot guarantee that your shipping address will be changed by USPS. That decision is 100% up to them and is completely out of our control. Please make sure your order is 100% correct before making final payment.
