After a while my rubs start to clump. Why is this and what should I do?
Since we literally ONLY use spices and NO anti-caking agents this is expected. We don’t use any artificial additives or chemicals to prevent caking. As moisture in the air is absorbed by these spices they can stick together. Please note this doesn’t mean they’ve gone bad.
A simple solution is to remove the lid from your shaker and use a metal fork to break up the ingredients. That’s it. Mix and enjoy!
